Since joining WeCare Home Care, Nicole has been instrumental in identifying strategic improvements and driving growth beyond industry standards. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.

Raised in South Carolina and originally from California, Megan Rogowski has committed the past five years to the healthcare industry. Megan’s unwavering passion for helping others shines through in her professional and personal life. She considers her two children her greatest blessings and values the strong, supportive relationship she shares with her grandmother, who is not only a cherished family member but also her best friend.
Andrea Cox
ILS Supervisor
Andrea Cox brings over two decades of experience to her role as ILS Supervisor. Originally from Florida, Andrea began her work in the field in 1996 and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Eckerd College in 2003. Following graduation, Andrea and her husband relocated to Western North Carolina, where she continued to expand her career across multiple states, including Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, and South Carolina. Over the past 22 years, she has served in a variety of roles, including Case Manager, Qualified Professional, and Director of Services. Her work has spanned a wide range of populations, including children, adults, and the elderly with intellectual and developmental disabilities, dual diagnoses, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and spinal cord injuries.Andrea is deeply passionate about her work and remains dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities—or as she prefers to say, different abilities—to live full and meaningful lives.
Kathy Marchand
Scheduling Coordinator
Originally from Louisville, Ohio, just an hour south of Cleveland, Kathy Marchand has dedicated nearly three decades to the healthcare sector. Starting as a nursing assistant, she later transitioned to the business office, handling payroll and accounts receivable before spending 18 years as the scheduling coordinator for a nursing department. Kathy moved to Conway in July 2020, coinciding with her daughter attending Coastal Carolina University. She completed her associate’s degree in business management in May 2021 and joined WeCare Home Care in May 2022. Kathy enjoys the warmer climate, the beach, and southern hospitality, and treasures time with her two children, Alex and Allison.
Gaby Arriaga
Office Manager
A native New Yorker, Gaby Arriaga has a rich background in healthcare, working in various settings including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals over the last eight years. After traveling for four years post-college with her husband, they settled in South Carolina in May 2022 to be closer to family following the birth of their daughter. Gaby joined WeCare Home Care immediately upon relocating and has found it to be a fulfilling career opportunity. She is passionate about her work and cherishes the impact she makes on the lives of others.
